Hi everyone,
I’m curious if anyone here has had direct experience with the Emirates Airline Kuala Lumpur Office . I usually manage my tickets and check-ins online, but sometimes issues like flight changes, baggage queries, or loyalty program questions feel easier to resolve face-to-face.
I’m considering visiting the office before my next trip to clarify a few details about extra baggage fees and also to ask about Skywards miles redemption. Do the staff handle these requests efficiently, or do they just redirect you back to online support?
Also, how busy does the office usually get? I’d prefer to avoid long waiting times if possible. If you’ve been there recently, I’d love to know whether it’s worth the visit or if sticking to the app and call center is the better choice.
