I’ve always trained solo but recently started wondering if I’d see faster progress with 1 on 1 personal training. My form could definitely use some work, and I think personal guidance might help me break my current plateau. For anyone who’s switched to one-on-one sessions, what kind of results did you notice first? Did it feel like your trainer really understood your limits and pushed you the right way? Trying to decide if it’s worth the investment, so honest feedback would be great.
