Super P-Force is a combination medication containing Sildenafil (for erectile dysfunction) and Dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). From Sildenafil (PDE5 inhibitor) Overdose Severe headache and dizziness Flushing or redness of the face Nasal congestion Visual disturbances: blurred vision, blue tinge, increased sensitivity to light Low blood pressure: can cause fainting, shock Prolonged erection (priapism): painful erections lasting >4 hours, can cause permanent damage if Super P Force Heart problems: rapid heartbeat, chest pain, especially in people with heart disease 2.
