Hey everyone, I’m flying with Air Tanzania for the first time next month. I heard that the Air Tanzania Lusaka Office in Zambia helps travelers with check-in guidance, flight reschedules, and ticket upgrades. I’m wondering if it’s better to contact them directly before heading to the airport. Have any of you done that? I’d also like to know if they offer assistance with seat preferences or meal requests. Any travel tips from frequent flyers would be super helpful.
