Tazzle 20?mg (tadalafil) works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis so that more blood flows in when sexually stimulated, helping with erections. As for reproductive health, the available clinical evidence suggests minimal or no significant negative effect on fertility in men. In human studies where men took 20?mg of tadalafil daily for several months, researchers found no consistent adverse changes in sperm count, sperm motility, or reproductive hormone levels (testosterone, LH, FSH).
Animal studies at much higher doses similarly showed no clear long-term harm to fertility. However, very high doses in animals did show some changes in reproductive tissues, but these were not relevant at normal human therapeutic doses.
Regulatory and drug?safety sources (like Lybrate) also explicitly state that TAZZLE 20 MG does not affect fertility.
Bottom line: Tazzle 20 mg is not known to impair reproductive health or fertility when used as prescribed. Still, if you have concerns (especially about long-term use), it's best to discuss them with your doctor.
