Super P-Force is a combination medication that contains Sildenafil Citrate (the active ingredient in Viagra, used for erectile dysfunction) and Dapoxetine (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, or SSRI, used to treat premature ejaculation). Together, they are designed to treat both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) simultaneously. Safety of Taking Super P-Force Daily: Sildenafil Citrate (the ED component) is generally safe when taken as needed, but daily use is not recommended Super P Force specifically prescribed by your healthcare provider. For example, combining sildenafil with nitrates (for heart conditions) can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Dapoxetine, being an SSRI, can also interact with certain medications, especially other antidepressants or drugs that affect serotonin levels.
