I wanted to check if anyone here has experience getting assistance from the Lufthansa Airlines Dulles Office when changing a ticket close to the travel date. I am dealing with a sudden schedule shift and I am unsure how flexible the options really are. Online tools are helpful, but sometimes you need someone to walk you through the steps so you understand what is possible without extra confusion. If you have gone through something similar, how quickly did they respond and were they able to explain the fees clearly? I am hoping for advice from people who have actually handled last minute changes. Any insight or suggestions on what to expect would make things a lot easier as I try to sort this out and avoid unnecessary stress.
