With everything moving online, I sometimes question whether airline offices still play an important role. A colleague said that the Delta Airlines Dubai Office helped them fix booking issues faster than online support. It made me wonder if having a direct point of contact is worth considering. Sometimes apps freeze or websites take too long to respond, especially during busy travel seasons. Having someone who can answer directly might reduce stress. Has anyone here compared online support and local support? Was one noticeably better? I am trying to decide if it makes sense to reach out to the office before finalizing travel plans.
