Vriligy 60?mg is taken to help treat premature ejaculation. The tablet should be swallowed whole with water, and can be taken with or without food.

The general recommendation is to take no more than one tablet in any 24?hour period.

Why the once?per?day rule matters
Because Dapoxetine acts quickly and is eliminated from the body within about 24 hours, taking more than one dose a day can significantly increase the risk of side effects (dizziness, nausea, fatigue, etc.) and may be unsafe.
Frequent or daily use is not recommended. On?demand (just before sexual activity) use is the established and safer approach.
