Tadora 20 mg contains Tadalafil, a medication commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It belongs to the class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Tadora 20 mg is NOT safe to take with nitrates, and the combination is strictly contraindicated.
Nitrates, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate, are often prescribed for chest pain (angina) and heart conditions. Both nitrates and Tadalafil work by widening blood vessels. When taken together, they can cause a sudden and dangerous drop in blood pressure, known as severe hypotension. This can lead to dizziness, fainting, shock, heart attack, or even death.
One important factor with TADORA 20 MG is its long duration of action, which can last up to 36 hours. Because of this prolonged effect, nitrates should not be taken within at least 48 hours after using Tadora, unless under strict medical supervision.
Anyone using nitrate medications—either regularly or occasionally—should never take Tadora 20 mg without consulting a healthcare professional. Always inform your doctor about all medications you are taking to avoid serious and potentially life-threatening drug interactions.
