Aurogra 100?mg is a generic sildenafil citrate tablet — the same active drug found in branded medications like Viagra. It’s used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Sildenafil itself is one of the most widely studied ED medications globally and has strong clinical evidence supporting its effectiveness and safety in treating erectile dysfunction.  Has Aurogra specifically been clinically tested? The active ingredient (sildenafil) has been tested in many well?designed clinical trials involving thousands of patients. These trials show it improves erectile function and has a known safety profile. However, specific clinical trials for the brand name “Aurogra 100 MG ” itself are not published in major medical journals. What is required for a generic to be marketed in many countries, including in bioequivalence studies, is demonstration that it releases sildenafil into the bloodstream at levels similar to a reference product (e.g., Viagra). Such bioequivalence studies are often done for generics but aren’t always publicly published.  So what does that mean in practice?   Sildenafil has strong clinical evidence for effectiveness and safety in ED.  Generic products like Aurogra should be bioequivalent in how they deliver sildenafil — that means they work similarly to the branded drug in your body.
