Poxet 60 mg (which contains Dapoxetine) is a medication used to treat premature ejaculation in men. It works by increasing the time it takes to ejaculate, helping men gain more control over ejaculation. For it to be effective, sexual arousal is still necessary. Dapoxetine works by affecting serotonin levels in the brain, POXET 60 MG can delay ejaculation during sexual activity, but it does not cause spontaneous erections or sexual arousal on its own.
