The Annapurna region of Nepal is probably the most popular trekking destination in Nepal after the Everest region. The ease of access in the Annapurna region has made it more popular among travelers from across the globe. For example, reaching the Everest base camp Trek trailhead is more strenuous than reaching the Annapurna Base Camp Trek trailhead in Nepal.
There are several trekking routes inside the beautiful Annapurna region, but the ABC trek tops all. In fact, the Annapurna base camp Trek can be classed together with the Annapurna Circuit Trek in terms of popularity. However, the feeling of walking to the foothill of Mt. Annapurna exceeds more than walking in the trail of the Annapurna Circuit Trek with the Thorong La Pass crossing.
