Tadalis SX 20 mg (which contains the drug tadalafil) is not considered addictive in the way substances like opioids, benzodiazepines, nicotine, or alcohol are. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE?5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It does not cause physical dependence or cravings that are typical signs of drug addiction. Here’s what this means  No Addiction or Dependence Tadalafil doesn’t produce euphoria or “high” sensations that lead to misuse or compulsive use. There’s no physical withdrawal Tadalis SX 20 Mg if you stop taking it. People don’t develop cravings for the medication the way they might with addictive drugs.   What You Should Know Some people may feel psychological reliance   but this is not true addiction. Continued use should still be under a doctor’s direction because of possible side effects and health risks, especially with heart conditions or certain other medications. It only works when there is sexual stimulation and does not increase libido on its own.   Behavioral vs. Chemical Dependence While tadalafil isn’t chemically addictive, some individuals might feel less confident without it — this is psychological reliance, not true drug addiction.
