Filitra 10 (which contains vardenafil) is a medicine used for erectile dysfunction. It is generally effective, but like any drug, it does carry some risks. Filitra 10 is not considered highly dangerous for healthy individuals when taken under medical supervision, but it is not risk-free. Its safety depends on your health condition, dosage, and other medicines you take. Common side effects are usually mild and include headache, flushing (redness of face), dizziness, nasal congestion, and upset stomach. These often go away on their own. FILITRA 10 MG , there are serious risks in some cases. It can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, especially if taken with nitrate medicines (used for heart problems), which can be dangerous.
