Tadapox Tablet for long-term use. Since it’s a combination of Tadalafil (for ED) and Dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation), we need to consider each component separately and together. 1. Tadalafil (ED component) Long-term use: Tadalafil has been studied for daily and long-term use in men with ED. Safety: Generally considered safe in healthy men when taken as prescribed. Risks with long-term use: Potential cardiovascular issues if you have heart problems. Rare cases of prolonged erections (priapism). Possible mild effects on vision (blue tinge or blurred vision). Monitoring: Men with Tadapox Tablet disease, high blood pressure, or kidney/liver issues should be monitored by a doctor. 2. Dapoxetine (PE component) Long-term use: Dapoxetine is meant for as-needed use, not daily long-term therapy. Safety concerns: May cause dizziness, fainting, or sleepiness, especially if used frequently or with alcohol. Rare psychiatric or serotonin-related side effects if combined with other SSRIs. Monitoring: Use should be under guidance, especially in men with heart, liver, or kidney problems. 3. Combination Concerns (Tadapox) Because it combines two drugs, the risk of side effects increases: Dizziness or low blood pressure (from both Tadalafil and Dapoxetine). Potential for drug interactions if you take heart medications, other antidepressants, or antifungals/antibiotics. Long-term continuous use of Tadapox is not typically recommended, mainly because Dapoxetine is meant for occasional use before sexual activity.
