During my search for the right yoga teacher training, I learned that pricing often reflects the depth of the experience provided by the school. Some programs appeared inexpensive at first but later 200 hour yoga teacher training charged additional fees for certification, accommodation, or study materials. Others offered complete packages that included everything students needed throughout the training. I personally chose a residential program because I wanted an immersive environment where I could fully disconnect from daily distractions and focus on yoga. Even though the cost was higher than some online courses, the experience was incredibly enriching. Living with fellow students, practicing yoga every day, and learning directly from experienced teachers created a life-changing journey that felt worth every part of the investment. The training gave me skills and confidence that continue to benefit me today.
