Guys seriously need help here. I run a small custom cake bakery from my home and most of my orders come through phone calls. Problem is I'm literally elbow deep in fondant half the day and can't pick up. I've tried voicemail, callback apps, even my husband answering when he's home but it's all messy. A friend of mine in catering mentioned she uses something called Callacy AI to handle her order calls and book consultations while she bakes. I'm curious if anyone else here running a food or home-based business has gone this route? Did customers find it weird talking to AI about wedding cakes? Or is it actually smooth enough that nobody notices? Looking for honest feedback before I commit.
