Tadfil 20 mg contains Tadalafil, another medication for erectile dysfunction (ED). It’s similar to Sildenafil (Suhagra) but works longer—up to 36 hours in many men, which is why it’s sometimes called the “weekend pill.” Tadalafil may be less effective or fail in certain situations: 1. Timing and Sexual Stimulation Tadalafil requires sexual stimulation to work. Simply taking the pill without sexual arousal will not cause an automatic erection. 2. Severe Underlying Health Issues Diabetes, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease can reduce effectiveness. Severe nerve or blood vessel Tadfil 20mg , such as after prostate surgery or spinal cord injury, may limit response. 3. Incorrect Usage Taking it too late relative to sexual activity can reduce effectiveness. Drinking excessive alcohol or using recreational drugs can impair the effect. 4. Interactions with Other Medications Certain medications, especially nitrates or some blood pressure drugs, can interfere. 5. Psychological Factors Stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues can significantly reduce effectiveness. 6. Lifestyle Factors Obesity, smoking, or lack of physical fitness can lower the response. If Tadfil 20 mg isn’t working, it’s not always a “failure” of the drug—it may be a combination of dose, timing, health, and lifestyle. Sometimes doctors increase the dose (up to 40 mg for on-demand use) or recommend daily lower-dose therapy.
