We currently rely on manual logs and basic apps to track patrol rounds, but it often leads to missing or incomplete records. We’re trying to find a better way to ensure accountability without making the process too complicated for staff on the ground.
A few people suggested switching to Security Guard Software, but I’m unsure what core features actually matter most—GPS tracking, reporting, or real-time alerts? For those who have used such systems, did it actually reduce supervision workload or just shift it to digital monitoring? I’m trying to figure out whether it’s worth investing in a full system or improving our current process first.
