Super Zhewitra is not suitable for women mainly because it is designed specifically to treat male sexual function disorders—erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It contains vardenafil and dapoxetine, both of which act on biological systems that are different in men and women.
SUPER ZHEWITRA works by increasing blood flow to the penis through inhibition of the PDE5 enzyme. In men, this helps achieve and maintain an erection. However, women do not have the same erectile tissue structure, so this mechanism does not translate into improved sexual function in females. As a result, it has no approved therapeutic benefit for female sexual dysfunction.
Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that delays ejaculation by acting on ejaculation reflex pathways in the male nervous system. Since women do not experience ejaculation in the same physiological way, this component also does not provide the intended effect.
In addition, safety studies in women are limited, and potential side effects such as low blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, flushing, and interactions with antidepressants or alcohol may still occur. Because of these risks and lack of proven benefit, it is not recommended for female use.
For female sexual concerns, different approaches and medically approved treatments are used instead. Super Zhewitra should only be used by men under medical supervision.
