Kamagra Gold 100 mg is a sildenafil?based tablet (100 mg) used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, and its contraindications are similar to other sildenafil?containing medicines. Absolute contraindications (do not use) Nitrate?containing medicines for chest pain/angina (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate), or other nitric?oxide?donating drugs, because combining them with sildenafil can cause a dangerous, sudden drop in blood pressure. Severe heart disease where sexual activity is already considered unsafe (e.g., unstable angina, recent heart attack, severe heart failure, or uncontrolled arrhythmias). When it should be avoided or used with extreme caution Recently after a heart attack (within about 3 months), recent stroke, or recent severe heart?failure episode, unless a cardiologist has explicitly approved its use. Severe liver impairment or decompensated liver disease, because sildenafil is metabolized in the liver and can accumulate; dose adjustment or avoidance is usually advised. Uncontrolled low blood pressure, or a history of fainting from blood?pressure drops, because sildenafil can further lower blood pressure. Other important restrictions Not for use in women or children; Kamagra Gold 100 mg is intended only for adult men. Avoid combining with other ED?type drugs (PDE5 inhibitors) or strong CYP3A4?inhibiting medicines (e.g., some antifungals, HIV?protease inhibitors), unless a doctor has checked interactions. Safety and Kamagra Gold 100mg cautions Avoid or limit alcohol when taking Kamagra Gold 100 mg, as alcohol increases the risk of dizziness, fainting, and reduced effectiveness. Seek emergency help if an erection lasts more than 4 hours (priapism) or if you experience chest pain, severe dizziness, or sudden vision/hearing loss during or after use. Because of these contraindications, Kamagra Gold 100 mg should only be used after a doctor’s prescription, especially if you have heart, liver, blood?pressure, or kidney problems.
