Duratia 30 mg (dapoxetine) interacts mainly with certain foods and drinks that can worsen side effects or change how the drug behaves in the body. The most important food?related interactions are with alcohol and high?fat, heavy meals, and potentially with grapefruit or grapefruit juice.

Alcohol: Drinking alcohol with DURATIA 30 MG increases the risk of dizziness, drowsiness, low blood pressure, and impaired judgment, and can worsen nausea or fainting. Combining the two is generally not recommended.

High?fat, heavy meals: Large or fatty meals can delay the absorption of dapoxetine, so the medicine may take longer to work or its effect may be less predictable.

Grapefruit / grapefruit juice: Some PDE4?type SSRI?like drugs can interact with grapefruit because it affects liver enzymes (CYP3A4); although dapoxetine is not strongly metabolized by this enzyme, some sources still advise caution with grapefruit juice around Sertraline?type medicines, and with similar antidepressants; it is prudent to avoid grapefruit unless your doctor confirms it is safe.

Other foods (like normal tea, coffee, or milk) are usually acceptable, but very strong caffeine?rich drinks may add to jitteriness or anxiety. Always avoid combining Duratia 30 mg with other antidepressants, MAO?inhibitors, stimulant?type medications, or blood thinners without medical guidance.
