The Dollar Tree Compass employee portal is the self-service hub for active Dollar Tree associates. It lives at compassmobile.dollartree.com — no app download, no installation, just a browser on any phone or computer. From there you can check your schedule, download pay stubs, submit time-off requests, swap shifts, and update direct deposit details without going through HR or your manager for most of it. How to Log In
Open Chrome, Safari, or Firefox and go to compassmobile.dollartree.com. Type the address directly — don't search for it and click a result. Enter your WFM Employee ID in the username field. This is your employee number, not your email address — that's the most common login mistake. Enter your password and tap or click Login.

Bookmark the URL after your first login. It saves time and means you're always going directly to the legitimate portal rather than finding it through a search result.

First login credentials — your WFM Employee ID and initial password — come from your manager or HR during onboarding. If you never received them or forgot them, ask your store manager. The Reset Password link on the login page handles forgotten passwords if your email is on file. IT helpdesk is available at 1-800-876-8077 for issues the reset link can't fix.

When the Portal Isn't Working
Most access problems fall into one of three categories:

Login fails: Confirm you're using your WFM Employee ID, not an email. Try the Reset Password link. If the account is locked, call IT at 1-800-876-8077.
Page won't load: Clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Chrome and Safari are the most reliable browsers for the portal.
Schedule section is blank: The schedule may not be posted yet — managers typically post by Monday for the following week. If it's midweek and still blank, ask your manager directly.
If the portal is down entirely, the schedule whiteboard in your store's break room is always the backup.

One Thing Worth Knowing About Shift Swaps and Time Off
Use the portal for time-off requests and shift swaps — not texts or verbal agreements. The portal creates a timestamped record of every request and every manager response. If there's ever a question about whether you asked for a day off or arranged a swap, that record resolves it. A verbal agreement with your manager or a text to a coworker doesn't have the same protection. Submit everything through the Dollar Tree Compass employee portal and you have documentation. Leave it out of the system and you don't.
