Vidalista 80 (tadalafil 80 mg) is an extremely high dose and is not a standard recommended strength for erectile dysfunction treatment. Tadalafil is usually prescribed in much lower doses (commonly 5–20 mg), so 80 mg significantly increases the risk of serious side effects such as low blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, vision changes, and heart complications. Because of this, there are several situations where Vidalista 80 should be strictly avoided: It should not be used in people taking nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin for chest pain) or guanylate cyclase stimulators, as this Vidalista 80 mg can cause a dangerous and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. It should be avoided in individuals with serious heart conditions, especially those who have recently had a heart attack, stroke, or unstable angina, since sexual activity and the drug both place stress on the cardiovascular system. People with severe liver or kidney disease should also avoid it unless specifically supervised by a specialist, because the drug can accumulate in the body and intensify side effects. It is not recommended for those with very low blood pressure, uncontrolled hypertension, or certain eye conditions like non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Alcohol-heavy environments or situations involving heavy drinking should also be avoided, as alcohol can worsen blood pressure drops and dizziness.
