This sounds dumb but I've noticed a real pattern with https://chicken2.casino/ and it has nothing to do with the game itself. It's about me.

I tracked my sessions for two weeks. Same difficulty (Medium), same bet size ($2), same cash out target (3x). The only variable was time of day.

Day sessions (noon to 4pm):

12 sessions

Average result: down $6 per session

Longest losing streak: 5 rounds

Walked away frustrated: 1 time

Night sessions (10pm to 2am):

10 sessions

Average result: down $24 per session

Longest losing streak: 11 rounds

Walked away frustrated: 7 times

The game didn't change. The RNG didn't change. I changed.

At night I was:

Tired from work

Sometimes had a drink or two

More likely to say "one more lane" past my target

Faster to rage increase my bet size after a loss

During the day I was:

Alert and focused

Sticking to my cash out target

Taking breaks between rounds

Actually closing the tab when I hit my loss limit

The game isn't rigged. But playing when you're exhausted or emotional is basically self sabotage. The spacebar doesn't care if you're tired – you still have to press it at the right time.

Now I only play Chicken2 in the afternoon or early evening. If it's late and I want to gamble, I play something slow like video poker where decisions aren't split second. Nighttime crash games are a trap for me personally.

Anyone else notice they play worse at certain times? Or is this just a me problem?
