Tadalista 10 contains tadalafil 10 mg, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It can interact with several medications and substances, which may increase side effects or reduce safety. These interactions are important because tadalafil affects blood flow and blood pressure. 1. Nitrate medications (STRICT AVOID) These are the most dangerous interactions. Nitroglycerin Isosorbide dinitrate / mononitrate “Poppers” (amyl nitrite) Risk: Severe drop in blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, heart attack risk. 2. Alpha-blockers (blood pressure & prostate medicines) Tamsulosin Doxazosin Tadalista 10 Prazosin Risk: Low blood pressure, dizziness, fainting (especially when starting or increasing dose). 3. Blood pressure medications Amlodipine Atenolol Lisinopril Losartan Risk: Additive blood pressure lowering (usually manageable under medical supervision). 4. Certain antifungal and antibiotic medicines These can increase tadalafil levels in the body: Ketoconazole Itraconazole Erythromycin Clarithromycin Risk: Increased side effects like headache, flushing, low BP. 5. HIV and hepatitis medications (protease inhibitors) Ritonavir Saquinavir Atazanavir Risk: Strong increase in tadalafil concentration ? higher side effect risk. 6. Other erectile dysfunction drugs (DO NOT COMBINE) Sildenafil (Viagra-type drugs) Vardenafil (Vilitra-type drugs) Avanafil Risk: Dangerous blood pressure drop and increased side effects. 7. Alcohol and recreational substances Alcohol (especially heavy drinking) Recreational drugs (“poppers” in particular) Risk: Dizziness, fainting, unsafe blood pressure drop, reduced effectiveness. Important advice Tadalista 10 should only be used after a doctor reviews your full medication list, including supplements and herbal products. Never combine it with nitrates or other ED medicines.
