Vidalista 60 contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). The typical onset time for Vidalista 60 is usually 30 to 60 minutes after oral intake, although this can vary depending on individual factors such as metabolism, age, food intake, and overall health.
Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It does this by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which allows higher levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) to relax smooth muscles in the corpus cavernosum. This process improves the ability to achieve and maintain an erection.
Unlike some other ED medications, tadalafil has a relatively long duration of action—up to 36 hours—which is why it is often called the “weekend pill.” However, onset is not immediate; sexual stimulation is still required for the medication to work effectively.
Factors that may slightly delay onset include heavy or high-fat meals, alcohol consumption, and certain medical conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. On an empty stomach, some users may experience effects closer to the 30-minute mark.
Because VIDALISTA 60 MG is a high-dose formulation, it should only be used under medical supervision. Higher doses may increase both effectiveness and the risk of side effects such as headache, flushing, dizziness, indigestion, back pain, and muscle aches.
A healthcare professional can determine whether this dose is appropriate based on individual response to lower doses and overall health status.
