Fildena 50 (sildenafil) is a vasodilator medicine, so it affects blood pressure and heart workload. Because of this, certain heart conditions make it unsafe or require strict medical supervision before use. Heart conditions where Fildena 50 is Fildena 50 NOT recommended Doctors usually avoid prescribing it in the following situations: 1. Use of nitrate medicines (absolute contraindication) If a person is taking nitrates for chest pain (like nitroglycerin), Fildena 50 must not be used. The combination can cause a dangerous, sudden drop in blood pressure. 2. Unstable or recent heart attack (myocardial infarction) Recent heart attack (commonly within the last 3–6 months) Ongoing unstable angina (chest pain at rest or worsening pattern) 3. Recent stroke A recent stroke or mini-stroke (TIA) is a major warning, as blood pressure changes may increase risk of another event. 4. Severe heart failure Especially advanced or decompensated heart failure, where the heart cannot pump effectively.
