Fildena 50 (sildenafil) is a vasodilator medicine, so it affects blood pressure and heart workload. Recent stroke A recent stroke or mini-stroke (TIA) is a major warning, as blood pressure changes may increase risk of another event. 4. Severe heart failure Especially advanced or decompensated heart failure, where the heart cannot pump effectively.
