Super P-Force Oral Jelly (contains Sildenafil + Dapoxetine) can be used by some men with diabetes, but it is not automatically “safe for everyone with diabetes.” Safety depends on your heart health, blood pressure, and diabetes complications. Is it safe for diabetics? Generally: possibly safe in controlled diabetes Not safe in uncontrolled or complicated diabetes without medical advice Diabetes itself does not directly prevent use of this medicine, but diabetes often comes with heart, nerve, kidney, or blood vessel problems, which Super P-Force Oral Jelly risk. When it can be used more safely It may be used (only if a doctor agrees) when: Blood sugar is well controlled No serious heart disease Normal or stable blood pressure No history of stroke or recent heart attack No severe kidney or liver disease Why diabetics need extra caution Diabetes increases risk of: Blood vessel damage (atherosclerosis) ? stronger BP drop from sildenafil Nerve problems (neuropathy) ? more sensitivity to side effects Heart disease ? sexual activity + medication may strain the heart So dizziness, low blood pressure, or fainting can happen more easily. Extra risks from Super P-Force Oral Jelly Because it contains two drugs: 1. Sildenafil Can lower blood pressure ? dizziness, light-headedness 2. Dapoxetine Can also cause dizziness, nausea, fainting (especially early after dose) Together, diabetics may feel: More dizziness or weakness Higher chance of postural (standing) BP drop When diabetics should avoid it completely Do NOT use if you have: Heart disease or chest pain during activity Recent heart attack or stroke Very low or uncontrolled blood pressure Severe kidney or liver disease Use of nitrate heart medicines Key point For people with diabetes, Super P-Force Oral Jelly is not unsafe by default, but it is a higher-risk medication combination, so it should only be used after medical approval—especially if diabetes has affected the heart or blood vessels.
