I’m a woman diagnosed with POTS syndrome, and the fatigue is honestly overwhelming. It’s not just being tired—it’s like my whole body shuts down. Even after sleeping 8–9 hours, I wake up feeling like I ran a marathon.
What’s frustrating is that people don’t understand it. They think it’s normal tiredness, but this is different. I’ve read that POTS disease symptoms in women can be worse due to hormonal fluctuations, especially around menstrual cycles.
I’m trying to manage with electrolytes, compression socks, and pacing myself, but I still struggle to get through basic daily tasks. Would love to hear how other women manage this level of fatigue. pots in women
