It turns out that AI chat simulators are a lot more advanced than I initially thought. I always imagined them to be very basic, almost like a chatbot from years ago, but some of the descriptions I'm seeing suggest real depth. I'm curious if anyone here has actual experiences using these types of simulators for casual conversations. Do they genuinely feel like a natural conversation with an AI companion, or is there still a noticeable artificiality to them? I’m interested in hearing about the nuances of interacting with these virtual personalities. What kind of scenarios do they excel at simulating?
