Has anyone managed to get rid of that worn-out feeling that seems to build up every single day? It isn't exactly pain, but by evening my legs feel heavy, my muscles stay tense, and even after a good night's sleep I don't always feel fully recovered. I keep seeing different recovery treatments being recommended, but most reviews sound too perfect to believe. I'd really like to hear from someone who actually gave it a fair try. Did anything make a noticeable difference after several sessions?
