Cenforce (sildenafil) may be suitable for some people with hypertension, but it depends on the person’s blood pressure control, heart health, and medications. Generally: If your hypertension is well controlled and you are otherwise healthy, sildenafil is often considered safe for many patients. It can cause a mild drop in blood pressure, which is usually not a problem for most people but can be significant in some Cenforce . Do NOT take Cenforce without medical advice if you: Use nitrate medicines for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) — the combination can cause a dangerous blood pressure drop. Have unstable heart disease, recent heart attack/stroke, or severe heart failure. Take alpha-blockers for blood pressure or prostate problems (a doctor may need to adjust timing or doses). If you take common blood pressure medicines such as ACE inhibitors, ARBs, calcium-channel blockers, or thiazide diuretics, sildenafil is often tolerated, but your doctor should confirm it is appropriate for you.
