Vidalista 2.5 mg (tadalafil 2.5 mg) can interact with certain medicines. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, and some combinations may increase the risk of side effects, especially low blood pressure. Important interactions include: Nitrates (used for chest pain/angina), such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide medicines: Do not combine with tadalafil, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Alpha-blockers (used for high blood pressure or prostate problems), such as tamsulosin or doxazosin: May increase the risk of Vidalista 2.5 Mg or low blood pressure. Blood pressure medicines: Tadalafil may add to their blood-pressure-lowering effects in some people. Other ED medicines (such as sildenafil or vardenafil): Combining them with tadalafil is generally not recommended. Certain antifungal or antibiotic medicines (for example, ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin): These may increase tadalafil levels in the body and raise the risk of side effects. HIV medicines (such as some protease inhibitors): May affect tadalafil levels. Grapefruit products may also affect how tadalafil is processed in the body. Before taking Vidalista 2.5 mg, tell your healthcare professional about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, and supplements you use—especially if you have heart disease, low blood pressure, or take medicines for prostate or blood pressure problems. If you share the names of the medicines you currently take, I can help check for possible interactions.
