Filitra 40 mg can interact with other medications. It contains vardenafil 40 mg (a PDE5 inhibitor in many Filitra formulations), which affects blood vessel relaxation and can interact with medicines that influence blood pressure or heart function. Important medication interactions 1. Nitrates (major interaction) Do not use Filitra with nitrate medicines (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide medicines used for chest pain).
