Poxet 60 mg (Dapoxetine 60 mg) can affect some heart patients differently because it may cause changes in blood pressure, dizziness, and fainting (syncope) in some users. The risk is more important in people with certain heart conditions. Heart patients who should avoid Poxet 60 mg unless specifically approved by a doctor include those with: Heart failure Significant ischemic heart disease (serious coronary artery disease) Heart rhythm/conduction problems (such as AV block or POXET 60 MG sinus syndrome) Significant valve disease A history of fainting episodes Possible heart-related effects: Drop in blood pressure when standing (orthostatic hypotension) Fast or irregular heartbeat sensation Dizziness or feeling like you may faint Rarely, fainting episodes The 60 mg dose has a higher chance of side effects than 30 mg, and many guidelines recommend starting with 30 mg rather than 60 mg if dapoxetine is appropriate.
