I was wondering how contractors and property managers keep construction plans organized when a commercial property is being renovated.
Projects can involve floor plans, measurements, material details, room layouts, and changes made during the work. Keeping track of updated drawings seems especially important when several contractors or service providers are involved.
Do people usually work with printed plans, shared digital files, or construction blueprint software??
I'm curious about what has worked well for others, particularly on projects where multiple teams need access to the latest version of the plans.
How do you handle revisions and make sure everyone is working from the correct drawings?
Would be interested to hear how others manage this.
