I’m thinking about working with a personal trainer for the first time, but I’m not really sure what I should look for. I’ve searched for a Fitness trainer near me, but there are so many options that it’s difficult to tell who is actually worth contacting. Do you usually look at certifications, client reviews, training style, or pricing first? I’d also like to hear from people who have worked with a local trainer and what made you decide to stay with them.
