Tadarise 60 mg is marketed as tadalafil 60 mg, and tadalafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). However, 60 mg is much higher than the standard ED dose. For ED, tadalafil is generally started at 10 mg, with 20 mg being the usual maximum as-needed dose; it should not be taken more than once per day. So I would not recommend taking Tadarise 60 mg without a doctor's specific instruction. Higher Tadarise 60 mg can increase adverse effects such as headache, flushing, dizziness, indigestion, back pain and low blood pressure. Also, do not combine it with sildenafil (Penegra, Fildena, Suhagra, Malegra) or other ED medicines, and never use tadalafil with nitrates such as nitroglycerin. If you have the Tadarise 60 mg strip/box, you can tell me exactly what ingredients are printed on it (or upload a photo), because some similarly named products contain tadalafil + dapoxetine rather than tadalafil alone.
