If Aurogra 100 mg is sildenafil 100 mg, smoking does not appear to have a direct drug interaction with sildenafil, but smoking can make the underlying erectile problem worse. Smoking damages blood vessels and reduces blood flow, which can contribute to ED and make erections less reliable. It doesn't mean Aurogra Aurogra 100 MG stop working, but the overall response may be poorer. Quitting or reducing smoking can improve erectile function over time. Aurogra 100 mg is already the maximum recommended sildenafil dose; taking more to overcome poor erections from smoking is not advisable. If you smoke regularly and 100 mg sildenafil isn't giving you a satisfactory erection, increasing the dose isn't the safest solution—it's worth discussing the cause of the ED with a doctor.
