Zhewitra 40 mg (vardenafil), vardenafil can generally be taken with or without food. However, a heavy/high-fat meal may delay how quickly it starts working, so if you want a more predictable onset, taking it on an empty stomach or after a light meal is preferable. Timing: vardenafil is usually taken about 60 minutes before Zhewitra 40 mg activity and no more than once in 24 hours. One important point: 40 mg is above the usual recommended maximum vardenafil dose of 20 mg for ED. I would not take Zhewitra 40 mg unless a doctor specifically prescribed that dose. Also, never combine vardenafil with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin.
