Vidalista 10 mg is marketed as a formulation of tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). When taken as prescribed, tadalafil generally does not interfere with normal daily activities. It can be taken with or without food, and its effects on erectile function may remain possible for up to 36 hours after an as-needed dose.
Some people may experience side effects such as headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, or a blocked nose. These effects can be temporary but may occasionally make normal activities less comfortable. Dizziness can also occur. If you feel dizzy after taking tadalafil, avoid driving, cycling, operating machinery, or doing activities where loss of balance could be dangerous until you feel normal again.
Tadalafil does not normally cause an erection continuously. Sexual stimulation is required for its erectile effect. Therefore, most users can continue their usual routines without expecting unwanted erections during everyday activities.
For ED, VIDALISTA 10 MG is generally an as-needed starting dose; it is different from the lower-dose daily tadalafil regimen, which normally starts at 2.5 mg and may be increased to 5 mg.
An important safety precaution is that tadalafil must not be combined with nitrate medicines, because this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Seek urgent medical attention for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
Overall, when appropriately prescribed, Vidalista 10 mg should have limited impact on ordinary daily activities, but individual responses vary.
