Fildena 50 contains sildenafil 50 mg and is intended for adult men who have erectile dysfunction (ED)—difficulty getting or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity. Sildenafil works only when there is sexual stimulation; it doesn't automatically cause an erection. Who may be able to use it? Generally, an adult man with ED may use sildenafil if a clinician considers it appropriate. The usual starting dose is 50 mg as needed, taken about 1 hour before sexual activity; it should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. Fildena 50 Mg should NOT use it? Do not use sildenafil if you: Take nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide—this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Take riociguat. Have been advised that sexual activity is unsafe because of your cardiovascular condition. Extra caution or a lower starting dose may be needed in people over 65, or with significant kidney/liver problems, and with certain interacting medicines. If you tell me your age, whether you take any heart/BP medicines, and whether you have diabetes, kidney, liver, or heart problems, I can tell you whether Fildena 50 is likely to be appropriate and what precautions matter most.
