**InfluDx 5plex Real-Time PCR Detection Kit** is a multiplex, single-tube TaqMan probe-based qualitative RT-PCR assay designed for molecular detection and differentiation of influenza targets in human respiratory specimens.
The assay enables detection of **Influenza A and Influenza B**, with molecular differentiation of **H1N1 and H3N2**. A **Beta Actin human internal control** is incorporated to monitor the assay workflow.
With a **60-minute PCR run time**, RNA-based detection, open-platform compatibility, and 20-, 50-, and 100-reaction configurations, InfluDx 5plex is designed for molecular diagnostic laboratory workflows requiring multiplex influenza testing.
