Cenforce (sildenafil) for erectile dysfunction, it should be stopped and medical help sought immediately if you develop: Chest pain, severe dizziness, or fainting. Sudden vision or hearing loss. An erection lasting more than 4 hours (an emergency). A severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face/throat or Cenforce breathing. Also, do not take another dose if you experience significant side effects, and don't combine it with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin. If you mean when to stop taking Cenforce altogether after using it for a while, tell me how long you've been taking it and the dose, and I can explain.
