If Tadarise 5 mg contains tadalafil, it must not be taken with nitrates, even at the 5 mg dose. Tadalafil can greatly increase the blood-pressure-lowering effect of nitrates, potentially causing dangerously low blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, or stroke. D DailyMed +1 Nitrates that should not be combined with tadalafil This includes medicines such as: Nitroglycerin (GTN) — tablets, sprays, or patches Isosorbide mononitrate Isosorbide dinitrate Other organic nitrate Tadarise 5 Mg , including those taken only occasionally The contraindication applies whether the nitrate is taken regularly or intermittently. D DailyMed Important: If you've taken tadalafil, nitrates generally should not be given for at least 48 hours afterward; if a nitrate is medically necessary in a life-threatening situation, it should only be administered under close medical supervision.
