Super Vilitra. In India, “Super Vilitra” commonly refers to a combination of vardenafil + dapoxetine, rather than vardenafil alone. For someone with diabetes, diabetes itself does not automatically prevent use of vardenafil. Vardenafil has been studied in men with ED and diabetes, and no clinically important interaction was found with the diabetes drug glyburide in studies. D DailyMed +1 However, the important issue is your specific diabetes medicines and other medications: Metformin, gliclazide, glimepiride, sitagliptin, Super Vilitra , etc. generally don't have a direct dangerous interaction with vardenafil, but your overall blood pressure and glucose control matter. If you take blood-pressure medicines or alpha-blockers, vardenafil can add to their blood-pressure-lowering effect and cause dizziness or fainting. D DailyMed Never combine vardenafil with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide because of the risk of a dangerous blood-pressure drop. D DailyMed If your Super Vilitra contains dapoxetine, that adds another set of interactions and precautions.
