Filitra 10 you mean vardenafil 10 mg, it should not be combined with other ED medicines such as sildenafil (Viagra/Malegra), tadalafil (Cialis), or another vardenafil product unless a doctor specifically directs it. Combining PDE-5 inhibitors has not been adequately studied and may increase blood-pressure lowering and side effects. Official vardenafil prescribing information specifically says combining it with other ED treatments is not recommended. D DailyMed +1 So, for FILITRA 10 MG Malegra/sildenafil: tadalafil/Cialis: Don't combine. Filitra 10 + another vardenafil dose: Don't double up. Also, never combine vardenafil with nitrate medicines (such as nitroglycerin) because the blood-pressure drop can be dangerous.
