Sildenafil 100 mg helps improve blood flow to the penis and supports an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. Fluoxetine 60 mg is an SSRI that can delay ejaculation; its use Malegra FXT Plus PE is generally considered off-label. The combination is therefore intended for men who experience both erection difficulties and early ejaculation, rather than for ED alone. One important point: fluoxetine does not work like sildenafil as an immediate sexual-performance ingredient; its effects on ejaculation can develop with ongoing treatment. Because this product contains a relatively high sildenafil dose plus an SSRI, it should be used only with appropriate medical guidance, particularly if the person takes antidepressants, nitrates, or other medicines.
